Requirements

• ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• ✓5+ years in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment management
• ✓Experience with startups, deep-tech companies, or engineering firms
• ✓Demonstrable experience in financial auditing, financial modelling, and predictive analytics
• ✓Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
• ✓ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred

Game Developer

Design and develop interactive games for education, simulation, and engineering training.

Responsibilities

• ✓Published research or demonstrable project portfolio in AI/ML is a plus

Legal Advisor

Provide legal counsel on IP, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• →Draft and review contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and service-level agreements
• →Advise on intellectual property protection for ORREL's technologies and publications
• →Ensure regulatory compliance across Nigerian and international jurisdictions
• →Support corporate governance, board documentation, and shareholder matters
• →Advise on data protection, privacy policy, and terms of service for ORREL's platforms

Requirements

• ✓LLB and BL with valid Nigerian Bar qualification
• ✓5+ years of legal practice in corporate, IP, or technology law
• ✓Experience advising startups or technology companies
• ✓Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate law, CAMA, and NDPR/data protection regulations
• ✓Experience with cross-border legal matters (South Africa, UK, or US) is a plus
